LEGAZPI CITY — 5 suspected drug merchants had been arrested in separate buy-bust operations Sunday within the Bicol area, police mentioned.
In Sorsogon Metropolis in Sorsogon province, Onofre Vargas Jr., 46, was arrested at round 7:45 p.m. in Barangay Cabarbuhan, Bacon District.
Lieutenant Colonel Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson, reported that Vargas was a street-level peddler within the space.
Confiscated was a sachet of “shabu” (crystal meth) price P2,040.
