LEGAZPI CITY — Authorities arrested 9 suspected drug personalities and recovered greater than P405,000 value of shabu (crystal meth) in separate operations within the Bicol area on Saturday and Sunday (Jan. 21 and 22).
In Naga Metropolis, Camarines Sur, brothers Marvin Badilla, 24, and Augosto, 40, each included on the unlawful medication watchlist, had been arrested in Barangay (village) Peafrancia at round 1:35 a.m. on Sunday.
