CHR: ICC probe good timing for PH gov’t to uphold human-rights obligations

MANILA, Philippines — The Fee on Human Rights (CHR) stated on Friday that the current choice of the Worldwide Felony Courtroom (ICC) to renew its drug battle probe was an “opportune event” for the Philippine authorities to uphold its human-rights obligations.
