Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued by Kim Porter‘s niece … who claims she was wrongfully terminated after she instructed him she obtained pregnant and wanted to take maternity go away.
In authorized docs, obtained by TMZ, a lady known as Jane Roe — who identifies herself as Kim’s niece — is suing Diddy, Tri Star Sports activities, and others, claiming she turned a full-time nanny to Diddy’s twins after Kim handed away in November 2018. Jane says she was then fired 2 years later when she requested maternity go away.
She claims the day after Kim handed away, Diddy requested her to reside at his property and turn out to be a full-time nanny to his twins, Jessie James and D’Lila — including she “was chargeable for the twins’ 24/7 care.”
Jane says she obtained pregnant in August 2020 and instructed Diddy she wanted to take maternity go away … however says Diddy was “infuriated” and terminated her employment across the time she was set to start her break day.
Roe claims she was instructed via Diddy’s reps she was canned as a result of she was pregnant and single — which “purportedly set a foul instance” for his daughters.

She’s looking for unspecified damages.
TMZ broke the story … Kim was discovered useless at her Toluca Lake dwelling in 2018, it was later revealed she died from a type of pneumonia.
We reached out to Diddy for remark … up to now, no phrase again.
