IT main Infosys Ltd on Monday mentioned its board would resolve on a proposal for share buyback in its assembly to be held on Thursday.
The board of the corporate will take into account a proposal for buyback of totally paid-up fairness shares of the corporate at its assembly to be held on October 13, 2022, in accordance with the Securities and Trade Board of India (Purchase-Again of Securities) Rules, 2018, Infosys mentioned in a regulatory submitting.
The board will finalise the corporate’s second quarter outcomes on October 13.
