Yesterday I turned 70. I intend to remain as lively on this decade as I used to be in my 60s, we’ll see how that seems!

My current setback with injuring my SI joint has brought about my health to say no just a little. However two days in the past was my first PT session for it and it went properly so I’m hopeful. It’s time to begin ramping my coaching again up because the SI joint permits. Yesterday we truly obtained some sunshine so I obtained in a two-hour brisk experience and it felt nice.
