SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Police on this province arrested a 19-year-old suspect within the killing of an 82-year-old lady in San Felipe city, police mentioned Sunday (September 4).
Investigators mentioned suspect John Henrick Balendres was a former caretaker of the sufferer, who was recognized as Teresita White, an American citizen who was dwelling alone.
