Mexico Metropolis police injured by explosion at protest

MEXICO CITY — An explosion occurred outdoors Mexico’s Lawyer Normal’s Workplace on Thursday, injuring police as protesters demonstrating forward of the anniversary of the 2014 disappearance of 43 college students clashed with officers clad in riot gear.

A number of police have been injured by the explosion and loaded onto ambulances. Damaged glass and blood have been seen.
